I created a custom installer for our guild to install UniUploader. This installer will install UniUploader with the update path and the required .LUA files preselected. In other words, just install the CharacterProfiler addin and install this package and upload. No other configuration needed. Check it out here: http://www.angrydragonguild.com/smf/index.php?topic=320.0 |

We have had several people ask when we were going to install a Vent (Ventrilo) server. I was going to try to get one set up this past weeked but have decided for now that we will stick with TeamSpeak 2. Why? |

Guild rank is determined by your level of involvement in the guild. Those who show genuine effort and desire to be an active member of the guild will be promoted accordingly. Applicants will stay applicants for 1 week. During that time the other guild members will evaluate the candidate to determine if they are a potential 'good fit'. If the candidate seems like they could work out to be a good member they will be promoted to Initiate at the end of the first week. A recruit will remain at Initiate level for 4 weeks minimum (including the 1 week of applicant). At 4 weeks the initiate should have made a significant effort to advance: - If recruited at 1-15 should have gained 10 levels + Tabard
- If recruited at 16-25 should have gained 8 levels + Tabard
- If recruited at 26-35 should have gained 6 levels + Tabard
- If recruited at 36-40 should have gained 4 levels + Tabard
- Recruits entering at 40+ will be evaluated on an individual basis by the officers/veterans of the guild because if you are at 40+ you should be heavily involved in helping the lower level members reach 40+.
It is important to note that all Initiates should purchase their own Tabard as it shows your comittment to the guild. Members should constrantly strive to better themselves and help others. Those that contribute the most to helping fellow guildmates and/or have made significant improvements in their character will be rewarded with the rank of Veteran.
To become an Officer you must be nominated by another Veteran or higher guild member. All officer nominations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the guild Mistress and her officers. |
